3. ECFiber Telephone Service
We know that many of you are eager to start ECFiber telephone service so you can eliminate the bill from your current telephone provider. We share your frustration at the continuing delays. As we have reported previously, we have been having technical problems with our phone service and we did not want to continue to hook-up telephone service until we had resolved these glitches. We have been diligently working to fix these issues At first we thought we had a simple fairly straightforward solution, but as it turned out, the steps were more complex. We are very close to a solution that will take about two weeks to complete.
Over the next two weeks we will be calling you to confirm your subscription to ECFiber telephone service and to make sure we have the proper information so the telephone porting goes as smoothly as possible. If you don’t receive a call from us by February 10, please feel free to call our office at 802-763-2262 to let us know that you want telephone service and confirm that we have the proper information.
We very much appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through these technical glitches.
